[News] : Hero TV to premiere Samurai X Live Action

 One of the most promising and successful movie when it comes to live action is Rurouni Kenshin , to good to be true, last December 18,2014 the press, Abs-Cbn Hero TV, announced that they'll be showing the film, this New Years Day (January 1, 2015) on 9pm.

 The film has performed extremely well, earning $36,798,585 in Japan in its debut and US$25 million in a limited international release, for a total gross of US$61.7 million. The film garnered to become Japan's sixteenth highest-grossing film of the year, making it the best way to enjoy New Years Eve with a bang~

Meanwhile, much-anticipated titles such as “Gatchaman,” “Leviathan,” and “Taichi Chasers” will also bring in excitement for 2015!

Rurouni Kenshin  is a 2012 Japanese film adaptation of the manga of the same name originally written by Nobuhiro Watsuki. The film focuses on fictional events that take place during the early Meiji period in Japan, telling the story of a wanderer named Himura Kenshin, formerly known as the assassin Hitokiri Battōsai. After participating in the Bakumatsu war, Kenshin wanders the countryside of Japan offering protection and aid to those in need as atonement for the murders he once committed as an assassin.
